Roofing Pros· Today, 8:12 AM· Before & After· Pinned

1,900 sq ft architectural tear-off, two days, zero callbacks

Storm-damaged three-tab from 2004. We pulled two layers, replaced 14 sheets of decking, and ran synthetic underlayment with ice-and-water six feet up from the eave. Homeowner financed through the insurance supplement. Full pricing breakdown in the comments for anyone estimating similar work in the Southeast.

Christmas Light Pros· 3 days ago· Equipment Review

Three seasons on commercial-grade C9 spools — what actually survives

We run about 180 installs a season. After three years the failure pattern is clear: the bulbs are never the problem, the male/female connector seals are. Full teardown notes and the two brands we standardized on.
